FOX 11 and Good Day LA Partner with Ontario International Airport
One of Southern California's most-watched morning news programs is planting its flag in the Inland Empire, and ONT is where it starts.
Good Day LA's hosts greet departing travelers at ONT, bringing FOX 11's morning presence into the terminal as part of the station's partnership with Ontario International Airport.
FOX 11 and Good Day LA have announced a new partnership with Ontario International Airport, formalizing a relationship between one of Southern California's leading news stations and one of its fastest-growing travel hubs.
For FOX 11, the partnership is about audience. The Inland Empire is one of the most rapidly expanding regions in the country, with the area adding nearly 48,000 residents in a single year according to US Census Bureau data. Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and the communities that surround ONT represent a major and growing share of the station's viewership, and this partnership puts FOX 11 inside the airport those viewers are traveling through.
For ONT, it means the kind of media presence that reinforces what the airport already represents: a region that is growing, attracting attention, and earning its place as a real alternative to the larger LA-area airports.
“We recognize Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and the entire Inland Empire is such an important part of our audience and who we're trying to serve, and that's exactly what happened here at Ontario International Airport.”
Erica Hill-Rodriguez, Vice President and News Director, FOX 11
