Ontario International Airport Partners with Hollywood Pantages Theatre to Bring The Sound of Music to the Terminal

A Broadway costume, a photo moment, and a ticket giveaway, ONT's newest partnership puts live theatre where travelers least expect it.

Ontario International Airport has partnered with the Hollywood Pantages Theatre to bring a touch of Broadway to Terminal 4. Travelers passing through baggage claim can now find an authentic costume from the Pantages production of The Sound of Music on display, alongside a photo opportunity that gives passengers a reason to stop, look up, and smile before they head out the door.

It's a small activation with a big idea behind it. The partnership puts live theatre in front of an audience that isn't necessarily looking for it, and that's exactly the point. The best airport experiences are the ones that surprise you, and a Broadway costume in a baggage claim does that.

To celebrate the partnership, ONT is also giving away tickets to the production on Instagram, giving the local community a chance to experience the show for themselves.
